Meet the Team Behind Your Smile

Jennifer Kendall is our Chief Financial Officer and Content Creator for Longview and Tyler. She grew up in a small town called Bountiful, just north of Salt Lake City, Utah. As the third of five children, she has been the “peacemaker” throughout her life. Jennifer and Dr. Kendall met at the University of Utah in 2000 and eventually married. With her education and background in business and marketing, Jennifer supported Travis during his early years of dental study, but once they had their first child together, she became a full-time homemaker and child-rearing specialist (the most difficult job of all!). Now that all six of their children are full-time students, Jennifer dedicates her time to content creation for the office.

Johnna is our Sales Operational Manager for Longview and Tyler. She is passionate and detailed about proper education and customer service for each of our patients and future patients. She is thorough and detailed about leading our call team in quick communication, follow-up, and driven results. Johnna has an extensive background in Sales and OOH Media Marketing. She has two young adult children who also thrive in the sales and marketing industry. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and being outdoors.

Amber is our Office Manager for Longview and Tyler. She was born and raised in the small East TX town of Marshall. She has two kiddos, Cade and Sloan, who always keep it interesting. After being a stay-at-home mom for 11 years, she aspired to join the dental field and has enjoyed working in dentistry ever since. She loves inspiring others, cruising down the Caddo River, back roading, trail riding, and hanging out with family and friends.

Rayann is our Payroll Manager for Longview and Tyler. She lives in Longview with her husband, Dr. Gengel, their baby boy, their four cats, and two dogs. She enjoys CrossFit, loves to travel, and loves making memories with their friends and family. Dentistry is a huge part of her life. “My husband and I love to change people’s lives, one smile at a time. It is a wonderful experience to be able to share our careers and watch each other grow.”

Erika is our Longview Back Office Manager, a Registered Dental Assistant and a Phlebotomist. She has been working in the dental field for over 10 years and loves every aspect of it. Erika is a full time mom to her daughter, Malary, who keeps her busy with softball and pageants. When she’s not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. On the weekends she enjoys being outdoors and cheering her little girl on at the ball field.

Ms. Betty is our Office Assistant for both Longview and Tyler. She grew up in East Texas, graduating from Hallsville High School and BMI School of Business in Longview. She has utilized a lifetime of office experience working in various fields of business to assist our front office. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jerry, additional family, friends, and fur babies, Tuff and Leroy. She also spends a great deal of her free time making memory quilts, pillows, and memory bears.

Jill is our Patient Concierge. She was born and raised in East Texas and moved to Longview from Winnsboro. She is a proud wife and mother to her beautiful blended family of eight amazing children, nine sweet grandbabies, and her fur baby, Mr. Weenie, that they love to spoil. She is a people-person passionate about making others happy, smile and laugh. She enjoys greeting and visiting all of our patients. Jill enjoys spending her free time with family & friends, traveling, listening to music, cooking, and laughing as much as possible.

Britney is our Longview Consultation Specialist and a Registered Dental Assistant. She was born and raised in Longview, Texas. She has three beautiful girls and an amazing husband. Britney has been in the dental field for over four years. She loves walks, fishing, and spending time with her church family in her free time.

Taylor is a Scheduling Coordinator, Registered Dental Assistant, and Phlebotomist. She has been working in the dental field since 2007. She moved from the small town of Crandall and loved East Texas so much she decided to make it her forever home. Taylor enjoys spending time with her daughters, friends, family, and fur baby, Dolly. She enjoys anything outdoors and watching her kiddos in whatever activities they are involved in. Oh, and she also enjoys playing golf and fishing! She loves building relationships with present and future patients. She is very excited about being a part of a team that offers amazing quality of services in the East Texas Area.

Leyda is a Treatment Coordinator and Phlebotomist. Her favorite part about her position is seeing patients get their smiles back. Leyda takes pride in helping patients move forward with their treatment by providing solutions and assisting with the financing process. She is also our Spanish patient advocate and communicates the importance of dental care in the Latino community. She is married to a United States Marine Veteran and has two children who are their pride and joy. During her free time, she attends her business as a licensed esthetician and enjoys making memories with her family.

Alissa is a Treatment Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant. Alissa and her husband have two kiddos, and they live in the small town of Hughes Springs, Texas. She loves the outdoors, riding side-by-sides, and spending time with family and friends. Alissa entered the dental field because she is passionate about helping people with their confidence and smile. She is excited to be a part of our team!

Tammy is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been working in dentistry for over 30 years. She loves helping people with their smile and overall oral health. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and golfing with her husband.

DeAnna is a Registered Dental Hygienist and holds her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is  a dedicated clinician who places high importance on providing quality patient care. She enjoys offering individualized education to patients so they can achieve and maintain their optimal oral health. Outside of work, DeAnna loves traveling, hiking, finding great food spots, and spending time with family and friends.

Lyzbeth is a Registered Dental Hygienist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Tyler Junior College. She is passionate about providing oral health awareness and emphasizing the importance of preventative care. She enjoys creating positive experiences and leading individuals to a healthier smile. 

Betty is a Registered Dental Assistant who has worked in dentistry for over 18 years. She has three kids, Elypsis, Joe, and Masen, and 2 fur babies. Her family keeps her busy, but their favorite thing to do as a family is to go bowling! They moved from Utah to East Texas in 2011 and love it here in Longview, Texas. She has done everything she can in a dental office, from dental assisting to hygiene coordinator to office management. “I am very passionate about helping patients with all their dental needs. My favorite thing about working here is helping any patient overcome their fear of the dental chair and giving them their SMILE back!”

Jakayla works at both of our Longview and Tyler offices. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with years of experience. She was born and raised in East Texas. Jakayla is married to the love of her life, Morris. Working here has changed her life for the better, and she enjoys coming to work and doing what she does best: helping people! Seeing our patients’ smiles transform is what helps her get up every morning and come to the best place to be.

Kourtney is a Registered Dental Assistant and Phlebotomist. She loves being a part of dentistry that helps patients achieve their overall dental health. She is a born and raised East Texan. She enjoys spending her free time with her daughters, Katherine and Hattie. She enjoys dancing, traveling, anything outdoors, spending time with friends and family and her animals.

Jennifer, also known as J-Lo, is a Registered Dental Assistant who graduated from Tyler Junior College and has been in the dental field since 2013. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel at ease and being a part of giving them back their smiles. Outside of work, Jennifer has two daughters, Natalie and Helenie. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hanging out at the lake, camping, dancing two-step, and watching anime.

Michelle aka Red is a Registered Dental Assistant and a Phlebotomist. She is an East Texas native and loves country living. She has been in dentistry since 2010 and cannot imagine doing anything else. It is her passion! She and her husband, Nick, have four children from ages 8-18 that keep them very busy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, time at the lake, fishing and watching her kids play sports.

Michelle is our Longview Sterilization Manager and a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from Premier Dental Academy in 2021 and enjoys spending time with her daughter, vacationing, cooking out, and hanging out with friends.

Brianna is a Sterlization Tech and is looking forward to taking her job to the next level. “I understand how it feels to cover my mouth when talking to someone due to not feeling confident in my smile. I had my smile restored in 2020. It changed my life, and I am excited to be a part of changing other people’s lives too.” Brianna is a single mother of 3 daughters that keep her on her toes. She enjoys spending time with them, decorating, and creating beauty. Brianna believes beauty makes the world a better place.

Brian Bolsta is a highly experienced and skilled dental laboratory technician who has dedicated his career to providing high-quality dental prosthetics and restorations to patients in need. Throughout his career, Brian has worked with some of the most advanced dental technology available, including 3D printers and scanners, CAD/CAM software, and precision milling machines. His knowledge and expertise in these areas have allowed Texas Sedation Dental to stay at the forefront of the industry, providing our patients with the highest quality dental prosthetics and restorations. During his free time Brian enjoys playing golf and spending time at the farm with his family.

Kloe is a Registered Dental Assistant and a Lab Technician.  She was born and raised in the small east TX town of Diana.  Kloe graduated from Premier Dental Academy in 2021.  She is passionate about learning new lab techniques and fabricating implant crowns, full arches, and titanium bars.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, girlfriend and their fur baby.

Crystal is a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from Tyler Junior College in 2011 and has been in the dental field for over 6 years. She was born and raised in the small east, TX, town of Tatum. She is passionate about helping patients regain their confidence and loves being a part of a team that helps patients overcome their dental fears and anxiety. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Christian, and their three girls, Yaretzi, Aliyah, and Caroline. Her girls keep her very busy with sports, but their favorite way to unwind is by watching movies or cooking out.

Sam is a Registered Dental Assistant, and graduated with RDA in 2023. She was born and raised in the small town of Gladewater, Tx. She has always wanted dentistry to be her career because she loves her smile and wants others to love their smiles too. In her free time she loves to fish with her boyfriend, hangout with her family, and watch movies.

Sierra is our Tyler Back Office Manager, a Registered Dental Assistant, and a Phlebotomist. She was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, and is passionate about taking care of the people of East Texas. She brings many years of dental experience to the table. She loves both the clinical side of helping others achieve their optimal smile goals and the administrative side of working with her fantastic staff. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, tennis, and spending time with her family.

Aimet is our Tyler Front Office Manager and Bilingual Consultation Specialist. She has always been passionate about assisting patients with their dental needs, accumulating years of valuable, extensive experience. She finds great satisfaction in educating our patients about the advanced procedures we provide, utilizing cutting-edge technology. Her main focus is spending quality time with her children. She also dedicates time to exercise and make use of her Esthetician license.

Londyn is our Marketing Design Manager and Consultant. She’s a versatile woman known for her creative, detailed approach and passion for positivity and growth. Her extensive management and dental background brings a diverse skill set to our team. When she’s not working, you can find her living her best life with her husband and dog or at a thrift store with a hot latte.

Emma is a Treatment Coordinator and she absolutely loves the dental field! Her passion is helping our patients on their journey to a confident smile. She takes pride in providing quality care and building lasting relationships with our patients. Emma enjoys weekend trips with her husband and helping him with the youth ministry at their church.

Miah is a Treatment Coordinator, and has a passion for building relationships with our patients and helping those with dental anxiety to overcome their fears and have a wonderful experience at our office. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with her daughter, Myla, and making memories with her family.

Haleigh is a New Patient Liaison for our Tyler Office. She graduated from Texas Connections Academy Houston. “My #1 goal is to make our patients feel as comfortable and confident in our office as possible. I want them to have the best experience from start to finish.” Outside work, Haleigh cherishes quiet evenings and weekends with her boyfriend, Hunter, and two dogs, Dixie and Pepper. Her favorite, most spoiled baby is her cat Tanji, who is 2 years old now! She adores painting, being outdoors in nature, thrifting clothes, and good home decor finds.

Ana is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is bilingual and graduated from Tyler Junior College in 2015. She loves to serve, educate on the importance of dental checkups and form long lasting personal relationships with her patients. Ana loves spending her free time with her family.

Jalisa is a Registered Dental Assistant. She was born and raised in East Texas. She has been a dental assistant since 2023. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. “I find it very gratifying to help others and play a part in giving them confidence in their smiles.
