Why Patients Choose Us
Eight Miles Away
When a tooth breaks or an abscess flares, White Oak patients are a few minutes from an office that holds same-day emergency slots.
Knocked-Out Teeth
An avulsed tooth has the best chance of being saved within the first hour. Being this close to the office materially improves the odds.
Same-Day Treatment
With imaging, sedation, and a lab in the building, most emergencies are treated during the visit rather than deferred.
IV Sedation
Our in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist can sedate for urgent treatment so nothing gets postponed out of dread.
Call our Longview office and tell us what’s going on (after hours, our designated emergency line handles urgent problems), or send us a request and our team will follow up. We’ll work to get you in as soon as possible.
A knocked-out permanent tooth is the one dental emergency where minutes genuinely change the outcome. The tooth has the best chance of being replanted successfully within the first hour. Handle it by the crown rather than the root, rinse it gently if it is dirty, and if you can, put it back in the socket and bite on gauze. If you cannot, keep it in milk and get to us.
For White Oak patients, being 8 miles east of our Longview office on US-80 means that hour is realistically achievable. The office holds same-day emergency slots, has 3D CBCT imaging to assess trauma to the surrounding bone, and has an in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for IV sedation when treatment requires it.
Less dramatic emergencies are handled with the same urgency: severe toothache, a broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, facial swelling, or a cracked denture. The on-site lab means crowns and dentures are frequently repaired the same day. Call first, always, so we can tell you what to do on the way and have the right time set aside.
