Why Patients Choose Us
Same-Day Priority
We hold time in the daily schedule for urgent cases, so Harrison County patients in real pain are not told to wait.
Treat It, Not Just Numb It
Where possible we resolve the problem at the emergency visit rather than prescribing antibiotics and rebooking you for the actual treatment.
Sedation for Difficult Cases
Badly infected teeth can resist local anesthetic. IV sedation from our in-house CRNA is what makes those cases treatable in comfort.
On-Site CBCT
3D imaging at the Longview office identifies abscesses, cracks, and infection paths quickly so the right treatment starts without delay.
Call our Longview office and tell us what’s going on (after hours, our designated emergency line handles urgent problems), or send us a request and our team will follow up. We’ll work to get you in as soon as possible.
The frustrating part of a dental emergency is often not the pain itself but the runaround: a call that produces an appointment three weeks away, or a visit that produces antibiotics and another appointment. Our approach at the Longview office is to diagnose properly on the day and, where it is clinically appropriate, treat the problem in that same visit.
Marshall is about 23 miles west on US-80, generally 25 to 30 minutes. On-site 3D CBCT imaging means an abscess or a vertical root fracture is identified rather than guessed at, and IV sedation from our in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a tooth that is too inflamed to numb properly can still be dealt with comfortably.
If a tooth cannot be saved, we will say so and discuss what comes next rather than leaving you with a gap and no plan. Extraction with a clear replacement pathway, whether that is an implant later or something else, is a better outcome than an emergency extraction that starts a new problem. Call first so we know what is coming through the door.
