Full-arch implant surgery is planning-heavy work. Four implants have to be positioned to avoid the nerve in the lower jaw and the sinuses in the upper, to engage bone dense enough to hold them immediately, and to distribute the load of a bridge carrying an entire arch of teeth. That planning happens on a 3D CBCT scan taken at your complimentary assessment.

The surgical day runs under IV sedation from a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and the on-site lab supplies the fixed teeth attached the same day.
